The Kincaid House Wedding Packages

PLATINUM Package

Exclusive use of the venue for 12 hours (11a-11p) day of ceremony

Tented patio with bistro lights

10 – 72″ and 2 – 60″ round tables with white linens

2 – 8′ and 2 – 4′ rectangular tables with white linens

100 white padded garden and 100 white non-padded samsonite chairs

Dining room table for catering, 8′ table for non-alcoholic drinks, wooden buffet for cake and wooden desk for gifts/sign in

Three wooden wedding signs (one unplugged, one welcome, one blank)

Four reserved signs (for tables or rows)

One hour rehearsal

Bridal party dressing and lounge areas

Groom and groomsmen dressing/lounge area

One on-site event staff (rehearsal and day of ceremony)

Day of Coordinator (one meeting, rehearsal and day of ceremony)

Must be used for peak season Saturdays*

ADDITIONAL

One off-duty security officer (required when liquor is served) – $30/hour 

Valet parking (2+ required for events over 50) – $100/valet

Faux greenery wall – $75

Calligraphy – $40

8’ wooden farmhouse table(s) – $85 per table

Chair moving fee (when over 20 chairs) – $1.00/chair  

Day of Coordinator (One meeting, rehearsal and day of ceremony only) – $375 

Additional hour(s) – $100 per hour 

Wedding planner – fee available upon request 

Staging (including setup and breakdown of decorations) – Inquire

Engagement/Bridal photo session (2 hours and excludes photographer) – $150

If own linens are used, deduct $150.00 from package price

**Weekday and Sunday events must end by 9:00 p.m.

The Kincaid House has relationships with preferred vendors specializing in wedding planning, catering, florals, photography, audio, video & rentals.  The Kincaid House and our staff would love to help make your day just what you’ve always dreamed of!  We can arrange for each vendor to meet at the house in one day and get the planning started!
