We want you to savor this special time in your life, so we offer a variety of a la carte items that can be added seamlessly to create your unique experience.

Packages

Totally Full Day Wedding Package

Use of 11:00 am day of ceremony up to 11:00 pm

10—72” round tables and white linens (seat 10) plus 2—60”round tables and white linens

100 white padded garden chairs

2—8 ft. tables and white linens

2—4 ft. tables and white linens

Dining room table (linen provided)

Wooden Buffet (cake guestbook, gifts or favors)

Wooden desk (great for party favors, guestbook or send off items)

Engagement or bridal photo session (photographer not included)

1 hour rehearsal (day prior to event)

Bridal party dressing area

Groom and groomsmen dressing area

Light snacks for immediate wedding party (20 people max not inc. beverages)

1 on site event staff (rehearsal and day off event)

Wedding Coordinator (1 meeting prior, rehearsal and day of)

57 Chevy for photos, ceremony and send off

A la carte items:

  • 1 off duty security officer (required when liquor is served during event) $150
  • Valet parking—2 valets (required for events over 50) $200
  • Wooden Entry Doors on Frame (2) $50
  • Additional 60” round tables $10 each (w/linen $20 each) – 3 available (seat 8)
  • If bridal party uses their own linens, deduct $150.00 from package price

Full Day Wedding Package

Tuesday-Thursday Wedding Package

FIRM LIMIT OF 75 GUESTS

Use of facility 6 hours between 12:00—9:00 pm (use includes set up and take down)

Use of 5- 72” round tables (seat 10) and 2—60” round tables

Use of 75 white padded chairs

Use of dining room table (linen provided)

1—8 ft. table

1—4 ft. table

Guestbook table (for party favors, cake or gifts)

Bridal party dressing area

Groom and groomsmen dressing area

1 hour rehearsal (day prior)

1 on site event staff (day off event only)

    •  1 off duty security officer (required if serving liquor—not required for beer/wine) $150 
    • Coordinator (rehearsal and day of event) $350 
    • Rehearsal or set up day before or day of prior to event (per hour) $100
    • Use of 8 ft. table $20 and Use of 4 ft. table $10
    • Wooden Buffet $50
    • White linens for all tables $125
    • Valet Parking is required for all events $200 for 2 valets
    • Wooden Doors or 57 Chevy Not Available With This Package

Event Package

UNDER 50 PEOPLE

Use of facility 3 hours (including set up and take down)

Use of 5- 72” round tables

Use of 50 white padded chairs

Use of dining room table (inside only)

$750

A la carte items:

  • 1 off-duty security officer (required if serving liquor) $100
  • Coordinator (day of event) $250
  • Rehearsal or set up day before or day of prior to event (per hour) $100
  • Use of white table linens for all tables above $50
